Option 2 - One-Day Showing, Discounted Commission

This option is good for those who want minimal disturbance, but an opportunity to get a higher price through more of a wholesale type sale with additional buyers. 


We will work with you to set a minimum price, discuss acceptable terms, and schedule a convenient day and time to bring other buyers to view your home, typically only lasting 1-2 hours. We will set a deadline for offers, which is usually within an hour or two of the showing time frame, and review all offers with you to determine the best one to accept. Closing is within 1-2 weeks as a cash sale unless other terms are acceptable to all parties.

Option 3 - Traditional Listing, Discounted Commission

We list your home on MLS for a traditional sale, schedule showings, advertise, negotiate offers and represent you as your listing agent/broker. Discounted commission rates apply based on the service level needed.

  

This option is good for those who are not in a hurry, want an opportunity to get a higher market price, and are open to additional price and repair negotiations. The sale could be cash or subject to buyer financing. This type of sale usually closes within 30-60 days (possibly less for a cash buyer) and may need surveys, inspections, appraisals, repairs, etc.
