 Shelli Mclaughlin is a native Texan, 3rd Generation Real Estate Agent, licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).  She previously worked in Financial Services as a licensed financial advisor for over 8 years before starting her real estate career in 2006. Shelli is very detailed with strong contract, marketing, customer service and compliance skills which greatly benefits her agents and clients. Every transaction is handled with great care, integrity and honesty.

After years of experience as an agent and helping other agents with listing to close services, she furthered her professional education by obtaining her Texas Real Estate Brokers license and started her own boutique brokerage in 2018. Shelli not only has a passion for helping clients with all of their real estate needs, but also enjoys helping other agents learn the business and build successful careers while providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.

Throughout her real estate career, she has personally remodeled and built multiple custom homes with precise attention to detail. Since  relocating with her husband to Texas, Linda has joined up with her  daughter, Laurel to serve clients across the Austin and surrounding  suburbs. Kelly, founder of Peppermint Grove Group, has been an Interior Designer for the past 20 years. After graduating from the University of  California, Santa Barbara, she began the Interior Design Courses at UCLA  extension to explore her love of architecture and design.  

Since moving to Austin, three years ago, she noticed a gap between Interior  Design and Real Estate. Thus, she set a new goal to obtain her Real Estate  License in Texas after previously having her license in California. By combining these two professions she is able to offer her clients well-designed  spaces that create an environment that not only looks beautiful but is calming and functional. Every person has a different set of needs when  it comes to their home, and with her years of experience in both design  and real estate she can help you find a uniquely customized home that will meet your desired needs and lifestyle.
